Help needed turning over boat

Hi All. I've finally finished painting the bottom of "Beagle" and the paint has finally cured. I need to turn her over, and move her out. I still need to find a plank of hardwood 5'10" long by 6.5" wide by 3/4" thick to mend the deck, but I ought to let someone else use the boatshed space.
I will be at the club Sunday 23Jan11 from about 14:00, if anyone can come and help with lifting I'd be very gratful!

Unjustified fees

Not sure weather the fees are justified or not because I haven't seen the calculations. I suppose in principal the subscriptions paid by members have to cover the recurrent costs of running the club without relying on fund raising events to subsidise them. Therefore if the present fees comply with this principle to lower the fees we would need to increase the membership. On the other hand we could charge for the use of club boats and for training people to use them. Seems fair enough to me.
